To order services on the PASS schedule, you will complete a Task Order Request form which is available at https://gko.ngb.army.mil

A PASS Task Order Request for Quote requires the following additional documents:

• Performance Work Statement (PWS) sometimes referred to as a
  Statement of Work or SOW

• Service Delivery Summary (SDS)

• Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Worksheet (QASP WS)
